This is one of my favorite quotes by Darryl Anka, who is an incredible channel for a being called Bashar, who lives about 2000-3000 years in the future, or “upline” as he calls it.
Becoming a vibrational match to what you desire is the basis of the law of attraction.
In order to help you attract more high-vibrational situations, experiences and gifts, I want to teach you today how to control your vibrational set point.
You can choose your vibrational setpoint in any given moment, and this is key for awakening your intuitive gifts.
Avoid dualistic thinking
Before we get into controlling your vibrational setpoint, I want to give a quick disclaimer.
This is not about being “high vibes only”. We want to avoid dualistic thinking that tells us that low vibrations are bad and high vibrations are good. While we are going to be talking about the spectrum of vibration, the goal is not to demonize lower vibrational states.
Aligning your vibrational frequency
When you are in victim consciousness, or scarcity consciousness, you're not available to high vibrating miracles, sometimes also referred to as high-vibrating quantum leaps or quantum manifestations.
I’m sure you’ve heard of these miracles. Sometimes you might hear of someone who's been able to heal themselves miraculously overnight, or someone who’s made 50k almost overnight.
How this happens is that their internal world literally becomes a high vibrational match to these quantum manifestations.
It's not that one person is better or worse, it's just that internally, they've raised their vibration so high that they've been able to attract these high-vibrational situations.
Again, this doesn't mean that their vibration stays that way. It still can plummet. It simply means that in that moment, they were able to hold it at that certain place - which resulted in their manifestation coming into fruition.
This is part of the magic of hypnosis. You’re creating a vibration so high, and then you’re holding it within your body consistently so that you become a match to all of these seemingly unavailable opportunities.
I’m sure you have certain people in your life, whether they’re acquaintances or family members, who seem to be constantly operating in these lower vibrational emotions. It’s almost like they're living in a totally different world, where these high vibration opportunities don’t even exist.
They’re simply not a match to them.
So, what really are vibrational frequencies?
Vibrational frequencies are used to determine and differentiate vibrational patterns. An atom that is vibrating at a faster rate would be considered a higher frequency than one that is vibrating at a slower rate.
Lower vibrational frequencies feel slow, dense, apathetic, and lethargic.
When you're in this state, there's no way you're going to be a match to high-frequency situations, experiences, gifts, and activations.
Vibrational frequencies are measured in hertz. I use certain high-vibrational frequencies in my custom hypnosis tracks because a HUGE part of healing is sound frequency.
In layman's terms, think of vibration as a metric to gauge your emotional level.
Become a high vibrational match
This is the Hawkins scale of consciousness, created by David Hawkins. I highly recommend his book called Letting Go.
As you can see, when you’re consistently in levels of shame, guilt, and apathy, you're vibrating at the bottom of the spectrum.
When you're LIVING in this vibration, you're only a match to these other scenarios, situations and people that are vibrating at the same frequency.
After all, with the law of attraction and manifestation, the universe is simply meeting you where you’re at.
Another way to look at this is the emotions - when we’re experiencing blame, humiliation, despise, regret, or anxiety we’re also vibrating in the lower frequencies.
In order to be a high vibrational match to high vibrational situations, gifts, and experiences we need to be closer to the top of the chart posted above. We need to be in self-acceptance, love joy, peace, and enlightenment.
There are so many ways you can access these states of being.
Expansion vs. Contraction
It’s helpful to think about the concepts of expansion and contraction when looking at our vibrational frequency.
When you are contracted, you're licking your wounds. You’re in victim consciousness.
But when you’re in expansion, you’re so aware that you’re a part of this beautiful particle system.
You understand that the system lives within you.
You're part of the universe, and yet there's also an inner universe within you. You are part of the Divinity, you're part of the magic that is everything.
Victim consciousness, on the other hand, is very singular. It’s very “me, me, me”. Your world, your thoughts, your emotions revolve around YOUR problems.
It’s the opposite of connection and expansion.
David Hawkin’s chart is a beautiful way to gauge where you’re at if you’re new to this work. Simply look at the chart of consciousness and ask yourself, “What am I consistently feeling?”
Maybe you're consistently in pride, anxiety, or fear. Becoming aware of where we’re currently vibrating is the first step to making shifts.
Create a high-vibrational environment
One effective strategy is to use physical anchors and curate your environment in a way where it supports the vibrations you desire to live in.
As a result, this often means certain people and situations are going to fall away.
If you have people in your life that are constantly operating in victimhood, such as family members, you will need to uphold strong energetic boundaries.
Maybe that means putting limits on how long you spend with them, allocating set times to talk with them, and above all, protecting your energy.
I’m now in a place where I can be around low vibrational energy and contraction, without letting it get to me. I can be around those types of individuals, and it doesn't affect my energy or vibration. This is because I'm so rooted and grounded in who I am, what my mission is
and what is required of me in order to attain it.
So just remember, you WILL get to a point where you can be around that brother, that mom, that dad, that neighbor, or whoever else, and it won’t affect you.
But maybe you’re not quite there yet. That is where strong boundaries come into play.
Often, what people consider low-vibration is unique to each individual.
For example, in certain individuals, going to a bar could seriously trigger low-vibration behavior. In that case, you’d avoid those spaces. However, for others, bars and nightclubs could be completely neutral.
Take note of which people, places, and things trigger low-vibrational states, and curate your environment accordingly.
The only way out is through
The goal is not to repress low vibration emotions. Again, this is going into the territory of “high vibes only”. While yes, high vibes are going to match you to high vibrational situations, this phrase has become diluted. People who are new to this kind of work don't realize that the ONLY way to be “high vibe” is by going through the shit.
We must create space for all of the creepy crawlies.
We must create space for feeling our feelings. We must create space to acknowledge the shadow, every single day.
In order to consistently raise your vibration and be in your light, you must start by acknowledging your shadow and healing your shit.
Say you want to become a vibrational match for bringing in a certain amount of money - then you MUST work on healing your money stories and blocks. You must go back to those painful childhood experiences surrounding money that are preventing you from being a vibrational match for abundance.
Say you are trying to attract a loving relationship, but you are constantly going back to unavailable partners or meaningless encounters. You must dig deep and examine your shadow to figure out what is going on so you can shift your pattern and call in your desires.
This healing process is not a ‘one and done’ type thing. It’s something you must do over and over again.
I work with people who want to scale from 5k to 10k, from 10k to 20k, or even from 50k to 100k - and every single time there's a certain wall they hit. We might work on what’s holding them back, and then they achieve their financial goal!
But then, they might go into fear mode about losing it all!!
